Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 1egame ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the 1egame online betting and casino platform, accessible at 1egame.bet and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a bet, or accessing any game on the 1egame Platform, you conclusively confirm your acceptance of these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of the device used to access it — whether desktop browser, mobile browser, or any future application format released by 1egame.

1egame reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To register an account and use the 1egame Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 1egame is strictly a 21+ platform and does not permit use by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 1egame or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from the 1egame Platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number.
• You must not hold more than one active account on the 1egame Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon detection.

1egame reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including government-issued photo ID and proof of address) at any stage of the registration process or thereafter as part of ongoing KYC (Know Your Customer) obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of account access and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1egame account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

All activity conducted through your account — including all bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. 1egame will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

• You must notify 1egame immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting our support team via live chat.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• You must keep your contact details, including email address and phone number, current and accurate at all times.
• You must not use automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.

1egame operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Any attempt to register or operate multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under false identities — will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any winnings generated across those accounts being voided and forfeited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 1egame Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 1egame supports the following PKR banking channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 1egame's sole discretion with prior notice where reasonably practicable.

Deposits:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment channel and will be displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 1egame account within minutes of a successful transaction. Processing delays due to banking infrastructure are outside 1egame's control.
• 1egame reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from an account held in your name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to an account registered in the same name as your 1egame account. This is a strict anti-money laundering requirement and is non-negotiable.
• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. This includes submission of government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within 24 hours following KYC approval, subject to standard banking processing times for JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.
• 1egame reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems to require enhanced due diligence.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or refused if there is an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements attached to your account balance.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 1egame Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — cricket betting, live casino, slots, or other gaming verticals. General rules applicable across all products are as follows:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. 1egame will not cancel or reverse a bet on the grounds that you changed your mind after confirmation.
• 1egame reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account balance.
• Maximum bet limits and minimum bet limits apply per product and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform and may be adjusted without prior notice.
• In the event of a sporting event being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed in accordance with the applicable rules, 1egame's settlement rules for that market will apply as published in the cricket betting section of the Platform.
• Results for all casino games are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Results are final and are not subject to dispute on grounds of fairness once the RNG outcome has been confirmed by the system.
• Live in-play betting on PSL and other cricket markets is available subject to data feed availability. In the event of a data feed interruption, 1egame may temporarily suspend in-play markets. Bets already confirmed prior to a suspension will be honoured based on the applicable settlement rules.

1egame settlement decisions in respect of all betting markets are final. Disputes must be submitted within 72 hours of settlement via the live chat support channel.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

1egame may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible account holders. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Eligible games: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game type will be published with each promotion's specific terms.
• Expiry: All bonus funds and free bets have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• One bonus per account: Only one bonus offer may be active on an account at any given time unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise.
• No cash alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for PKR or any other form of consideration other than as specified in these Terms.
• Abuse: 1egame reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and to close the associated account — if it determines that a bonus has been claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose, including but not limited to use of multiple accounts, use of arbitrage strategies, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to convert bonus funds without genuine risk.

1egame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected users via email or in-platform notification.

Responsible Gaming

1egame is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a range of tools designed to help players manage their gambling activity. All responsible gaming tools are available at no cost and take effect immediately upon activation unless otherwise stated.

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: You may set a maximum PKR loss amount over a defined period. The same increase/decrease rules as deposit limits apply.
• Session timers: You may configure session time reminders and mandatory logout triggers from your account settings.
• Cooling-off periods: You may temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period your account cannot be accessed for gambling purposes.
• Self-exclusion: You may permanently self-exclude from the 1egame Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for its stated duration and the support team is strictly prohibited from lifting it upon request during the exclusion period.

1egame is a 21+ platform. We conduct age verification as part of the KYC process and will close any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21, with all funds returned to the verified payment source. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1egame Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or using a false identity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of any sporting event or casino game available on the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or game malfunctions for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Placing bets on behalf of any third party or accepting funds from any third party for the purpose of gambling on the Platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or any systematic strategy designed to circumvent the risk structure of the Platform's betting products.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 1egame Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, game assets, and database contents — is the intellectual property of 1egame or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 1egame.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1egame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruption.

1egame does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

In no event shall 1egame's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 1egame account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

1egame collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy in full. The Privacy Policy describes what data 1egame collects, how it is used, how long it is retained, and what rights you have in respect of your personal data.

Termination & Account Closure

Closure by you: You may close your 1egame account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered PKR payment account, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled.

Closure by 1egame: 1egame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is suspected.
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require the account to be closed.
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a proven material breach of these Terms, 1egame reserves the right to void all pending bets and withhold any balance pending investigation. The outcome of such investigations will be communicated to the account holder via the registered email address.

Amendments to These Terms

1egame may amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations — 1egame will provide at least 7 days' prior notice via the registered email address on your account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1egame is licensed to operate. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory local laws.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, bonus calculation, or account decision, you must first contact 1egame's support team via live chat to attempt resolution. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction within 14 days of your initial complaint, you may escalate the complaint to 1egame's formal disputes team by emailing the address provided in Section 15 below.

1egame's internal dispute resolution process is available at no cost to account holders. All decisions reached through the formal disputes process are binding on 1egame. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing territory.
